Cancellation Policy

At Sa's Plumbing & Heating, we strive to provide clear, fair, and transparent payment practices. Below is our policy regarding holding and charging credit or debit cards: 1. Card on File Authorization By entering your payment information, you authorize Sa's Plumbing & Heating to securely store your card on file for the purpose of billing related to requested plumbing services. Your card will not be charged immediately. It will only be used to hold your appointment and secure payment for services after diagnosis and approval. 2. Trip Charge and Diagnosis Fee All clients are informed of a $100 trip charge and diagnosis fee prior to the appointment. If you are enrolled in the Plumbing Plus Membership, this fee is waived, and your card will only be charged for the final service cost after diagnosis and approval. 3. Payment Processing After the diagnosis is complete, you will receive a detailed estimate of the services required. Your card will only be charged once you approve the estimate and authorize the work to proceed. 4. Cancellation Policy To avoid unnecessary charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of the $100 trip fee or, for loyalty members, forfeiture of that month’s benefits. 5. Security of Payment Information Your payment details are stored securely using encryption and PCI-compliant systems. We are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. 6. By providing your payment information, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
